基于CiteSpace的我国临床医生绩效评价研究热点与趋势

Research hotspots and trends in performance evaluation of clinicians in China using CiteSpace

随着医疗改革迅速推进,临床医生的绩效问题日益突出,医生绩效评价研究已成为学术界关注的热点。本研究基于中国知网数据库,借助CiteSpace可视化分析软件对中国临床医生的绩效评价研究进行分析,总结我国临床医生绩效评价研究的时间脉络、研究团队、研究热点与趋势。研究表明:①我国临床医生绩效评价研究主要经历了2000-2009年萌芽阶段、2010-2014年起步阶段、2015年至今的快速发展三个阶段;②“绩效考核”“绩效评价”“绩效管理”是研究热点;③我国临床医生绩效评价研究视角、内容和方法呈现出复合性,研究对象由研究初期的医务人员逐渐细化到主诊医师组,研究内容从单纯的绩效考核向指标体系的构建以及临床医师的绩效评价等更加具体的方向发展。研究以可视化图谱总结我国临床医师绩效评价研究的内容与方法,可为进一步拓展我国临床医师绩效评价研究体系及内容提供参考与借鉴。

With the rapid advance of medical system reforms,issues of clinician performance become increasingly prominent,and researches on clinical doctors’performance evaluation has become academic hotspots.Using China HowNet database and CiteSpace,the paper analyzed the performance evaluation of Chinese clinicians,and summarized the timeline,research teams,research hotspots and trends of the performance evaluation of clinicians in China.It is showed that:(1)the researches on clinician performance evaluation have experienced three stages,the starting period from 2000 to 2009,the initial stage from 2010 to 2014,and the rapid development stage from 2015 to present;(2)the research hotspots include“performance appraisal”,“performance evaluation”and“performance management”;and(3)the research perspectives,content and methods of clinician performance evaluation in China are compounded,the research objects gradually specified from the medical staff in the early stage to the group of attending physicians,the research contents developed from only performance appraisals to the establishment of an index system,and to the completion of more specific directions for performance evaluation of clinicians.This study summarized the content and methods of performance evaluation of Chinese clinical physician with visual diagrams,so as to provide reference for further expanding of the clinical physician performance evaluation research system and research content in China.
