社会网络、信息获取与农户农膜回收行为——以黄河流域农户为样本

Social Networks,Information Acquisition and Households’ Behavior of Agricultural Film Recycling:A Sample of Farm Households in Yellow River Basin

生态宜居是实现乡村振兴战略的重要内容,而随意丢弃废旧农膜严重影响人居生态环境,如何有效促进农膜回收成为当前乡村环境治理的必然选择。基于黄河流域六省1 932个农户微观调研数据,运用Logistic模型和中介效应模型,实证分析社会网络、信息获取对农户农膜回收行为的影响。结果表明:(1)农户农膜回收行为占样本区农户农膜使用行为的60%。(2)社会网络的高度和广度是影响农户回收行为的重要因素;信息获取的数量和质量对农户的回收行为同样具有积极影响。通过边际效应分析发现,相比于社会网络对农户农膜回收行为的影响,信息获取的作用效果更优。(3)信息获取在社会网络影响农户农膜回收行为中发挥完全中介作用。基于此,建议未来在促进农户农膜回收利用过程中发挥社会网络的媒介作用,加强和完善信息传播机制建设,拓宽农户信息获取渠道。同时,建议重视政府监督力度和村内环保方面的基础设施建设。

Ecological livability being an important part of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the random disposal of waste agricultural film seriously affects the ecological environment.Therefore,how to effectively promote agricultural film recycling has become an inevitable choice for rural environmental management.Based on microscopic research data from 1 932 farmers in six provinces of the Yellow River Basin,we empirically analyzed the effects of social networks and information acquisition on households’ behavior of agricultural film recycling by using Logistic Model and the mediating effect model.The results show:Firstly,households’ film recycling behavior accounts for 60% of households’ film use behavior in the sample area.Secondly,the height and breadth of social networks are important factors influencing households’ recycling behavior.The quantity and quality of access to information also have a positive impact on farmers’ recycling behavior.The marginal effects analysis revealed that the effect of access to information is more favorable than the effect of social networks on households’ film recycling behavior.Thirdly,access to information plays a full mediating role in social networks influencing households’ farm film recycling behavior.Therefore,it is necessary to give to the full play the role of social networks as mediators in promoting farmers’ recycling of agricultural film.Meanwhile,it is necessary to strengthen and improve the construction of information dissemination mechanism and broaden households’ access to information.Besides,more attenntion should be paid to government monitoring efforts and the infrastructure construction of environment protection in the villages.
