拉线式编码器在深层粮食扦样深度计算中的应用

摘要 为改善大型粮食库仓中深层粮食样品扦取过程中扦样深度只能通过人工模糊计算的情况,在第一代半自动气动扦样器的基础上,优化设计了基于拉线式编码器测距的深度计算及显示模块。实现直观显示粮食深层扦样过程中扦样管的压入深度,有效减少粮食深层扦样过程中人工模糊计算深度的误差,提高粮食深层扦样中的样品的准确性,在实际生产中取得了良好的应用效果。 In order to improve the situation that the depth of grain samples can only be calculated by manual fuzzy in the process of deep-level grain sampling in large grain warehouses,on the basis of the first generation of semi-automatic pneumatic sampling device,the depth calculation and display module based on the distance measurement of the pull-wire encoder is optimized to realize the visual display of the pressing depth of the sample tube in the process of deep-level grain sampling.It can effectively reduce the error of artificial fuzzy calculation depth in the process of deep grain sampling,improve the accuracy of samples in deep-level grain sampling,and achieve good application effect in practical production.
