一种T型三电平拓扑APF故障诊断方法 被引量:2

摘要 针对T型逆变器拓扑有源电力滤波器(APF)的功率器件开路故障诊断问题,提出一种基于电压电流残差的故障诊断方法。分析T型三电平有源电力滤波器的数学模型和不同位置功率器件的故障特性,提取逆变器指令电压和输出电压的残差值、指令电流和输出电流的残差值,计算其周期平均值,并对电流残差作归一化处理,作为功率器件故障诊断的依据。同时,基于提取的T型三电平逆变器电压电流残差数据,给出一套完整可靠的故障判定和故障功率器件位置判定方法,通过4个判据锁定故障管的位置。该方法适用于采用模型预测控制策略(MPC)作为电流跟踪控制方法的APF,适用范围广。最后,搭建仿真模型及实验平台对提出的故障诊断方法进行验证,仿真和实验结果证明了该故障诊断方法的有效性。 Aiming at the problem of power device open circuit fault diagnosis of T-type inverter topology active power filter(APF),a fault diagnosis method based on voltage and current residuals is proposed.Analyze the mathematical model of the T-type three-level active power filter and the fault characteristics of power devices at different locations,extract the residual value of the inverter command voltage and output voltage,and the residual value of the inverter command current and output current,and calculate the period average value,and normalize the current residuals,as the basis for fault diagnosis of power devices.Meanwhile,based on the extracted voltage and current residuals of the T-type three-level inverter,a complete and reliable fault determination and faulty power device location determination method was given,and the location of the fault tube was locked by 4 criteria.This method is suitable for APF that adopts model predictive control strategy(MPC)as current tracking control method,and has a wide range of applications.Finally,a simulation model and an experimental platform were built to verify the proposed fault diagnosis method.Simulation and experimental results prove the effectiveness of the fault diagnosis method.
