校企协同视域下现代职教体系贯通形式探析

Analysis on the Connection Form of Modern Vocational Education System under the Vision of School-enterprise Cooperation

现代职教体系在我国职业教育改革发展中发挥着人才资源支撑的作用。在现代职教体系构建中,校企深度融合、协同发展是重中之重,校企协同实质上是学校和企业两个子系统之间为了共同的目标进行合作,构成动态、开放的网络系统。通过研究校企协同下人才培养的主要模式,确定现代职教体系贯通的形式、特点。在校企协同中首先要解决形式问题,即解决协同主体的所有制形式,从而解决办学主体、产权归属、利益分配等其他问题,才能实现校企协同发展。

Modern vocational education system plays a supporting role of human resources in the reform and development of vocational education in China.In the construction of modern vocational education system,the deep integration and coordinated development of school and enterprise are the top priority.In essence,school-enterprise coordination means cooperation between the two subsystems of schools and enterprises for the common goal,forming a dynamic and open network system.By studying the main mode of talent training under the cooperation of school and enterprise,the form and characteristics of the modern vocational education system are determined.The first problem to be solved is the form,that is,to solve the ownership form of the cooperative subject,so as to solve the school subject,property right ownership,interest distribution and other problems to realize the coordinated development of the school and the enterprise.
