高校电信网络诈骗案件现状及防范对策

Current Situation and Prevention Countermeasures of Telecom Network Fraud Cases in Colleges and Universities

随着信息化时代的到来,互联网的应用范围不断扩大,各类犯罪新手段也层出不穷,电信网络诈骗就是随着移动互联网技术的不断发展而产生的一种新型诈骗手段。电信网络诈骗案件在高校领域频频发生,严重影响学生安全和校园稳定,已经成为当前亟须治理的沉疴顽疾。以Z大学近3年发生的电信诈骗案件为样本,对高校电信诈骗的现状、发生原因进行了梳理,并在此基础上提出防范对策,以期为全国高校打造"无诈校园"提供一些借鉴。

With the arrival of the information age,the application scope of the Internet continues to expand,all kinds of new criminal means also emerge one after another,telecom network fraud is a new means of fraud produced with the continuous development of mobile Internet technology. Telecom network fraud cases occur frequently in the field of colleges and universities,seriously affecting the safety of students and campus stability,and has become an urgent chronic disease to cure. Taking the telecom fraud cases of Z University in the past three years as a sample,the current situation and causes of telecom fraud in universities are sorted out,and preventive countermeasures are put forward,in order to provide some reference for the national universities to build a“fraud-free campus”.
