Moral Establishment and Student Cultivation:Foundation of Chinese Universities in the New Era

基于深邃的传统文化视角和宽广的国际视阈,深入考察立德树人的理论溯源及内涵发展,深刻阐明立德树人符合政治发展规律、切合教书育人规律、契合大学生自身成长规律,立德树人在人才培养中起到固基铸魂作用,为中国特色社会主义高校正位立身。从强化党的领导、推进教育综合改革、加强教师队伍建设以及形成齐抓共管育人合力等四个方面,建构新时代中国高校立德树人的实践路径,对新时代中国高素质创新型人才培养、办好人民满意的高等教育,具有重大的理论意义和迫切的现实需要。

Based on profound traditional culture and broad international perspectives,this paper examines the theoretical origin of the moral establishment and student cultivation and the development of its connotations,and expounds that it conforms to the law of political development,the law of imparting knowledge and educating people,and the law of college students’growth.The moral establishment and student cultivation plays a role in consolidating the foundation and shaping the character of personnel training and provides a checkpoint for building up high-level socialist universities with Chinese characteristics.It is of great theoretical significance and urgent practical needs for Chinese universities to seek the practical path of moral establishment and student cultivation in the New Era,which is extremely important for training high-quality talents in China and running higher education that meets the needs of the people.This practical path is discussed from the four aspects of strengthening the Communist Party of China’s leadership,promoting the comprehensive reform of education,improving the quality of teachers and making a concerted effort to cultivate students.
