GC-FID内标法测定活血止痛搽剂中乙醇的含量

Determination of Ethanol in Huoxue Zhitong Liniment by GC-FID Internal Standard

目的建立测定活血止痛搽剂中乙醇含量的气相测定方法。方法采用气相-火焰离子化检测器(GC-FID),CT-1A型氮氢空气发生器,固定分流比为10∶1;选择键合交联聚乙二醇为固定液的毛细管柱,柱温起始温度50℃,维持7 min,再以10℃/min的速率升温至110℃;进样口温度190℃;检测器温度220℃,进样量1μL;采样时间7 min,内标物质为正丁醇,进行浓度测定。结果通过方法学考察,加样回收率测定,平均回收率为100.33%,RSD为1.57%(n=6),结果表明该实验良好,数据可靠,方法可行。结论采用GC-FID内标法可以准确测定活血止痛搽剂中乙醇的含量。

Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of ethanol in Huoxue Zhitong liniment.Methods The gas phase-flame ionization detector(GC-FID)and CT-1A nitrogen-hydrogen air generator,with a fixed split ratio of 10∶1 were used.The column temperature was 50℃for 7 min,the sample was then heated to 110℃at the rate of 10℃/min,the sample inlet temperature was 190℃,the detector temperature was 220℃,the sample volume was 1μL,the sample time was 7 min and the internal standard substance was n-butanol.Results The average recovery was 100.33%and RSD was 1.57%(n=6).The results showed that the experiment was good,the data were reliable and the method was feasible.Conclusion The content of ethanol in Huoxue Zhitong liniment can be determined accurately by GC-FID internal standard method.
