摘要 香港国际机场第三跑道填海工程作为高环保高质量要求的新型人工岛回填工程,相比传统回填工艺,回填材料来源和工艺有很大不同。回填材料不是通过回填区附近疏浚得到,而是从远端运输过来回填,传统的疏浚吹填设备不能满足本项目的施工需求。为此项目前期引进了小型泵砂船,但因其施工产能和排距有限,需引进大型泵砂船满足项目施工生产需求。针对以上施工难点,以绞吸船为母体进行适应性改造,不仅施工效率高,排距远,且能适应不同类型回填材料。项目回填施工的新思路与方法,对于后续类似工程有一定的参考与启发作用。 As a new type of artificial island reclamation project with high environmental protection and high quality requirements,the main reclamation works of Hong Kong International Airport three runway system project has a very different reclamation material and construction technology compared to the traditional reclamation project.The reclamation materials are not obtained by dredging near the reclamation area but are transported from a remote location.Traditional dredging equipment or vessels could not meet the construction requirements of this project.For this reason,small sand-pumping vessels were introduced in the early stage of this project,but due to their limited construction capacity and discharge distance,large sand-pumping barges need to be introduced to meet the construction and production needs of this project.In view of the above construction difficulties,taking the cutter suction dredger as the matrix to carry out adaptive modification,it has high construction efficiency and long discharge distance,can adapt to different materials.The new ideas and methods of reclamation construction of the project can provide reference and inspiration for subsequent similar projects.
