摘要
为实现建筑类公众填料的资源化利用,香港特区政府部门和建筑企业积极协作,制定了科学的公众填料管理策略和完整的管理链条。香港国际机场第三跑道填海工程成功地使用了超过1000万m3的公众填料作为合格回填材料,该项目既消化了大量建筑类惰性材料,解决了公众填料的资源化问题,有效保护了生态环境,又加快了工程建设进度,为建筑企业妥善处理建筑类惰性材料提供了参考方向,具有很好的借鉴意义。
Hong Kong SAR government departments and construction enterprises actively cooperate to develop a scientific management strategy and complete management chain to realize the resource utilization of public fill.The main reclamation works of Hong Kong International Airport three runway system project used over 10 million m3 of public fill as qualified backfill material successfully.The project dealt with a large number of inert construction materials,solved the problem of resource utilization and protected the environment effectively,and accelerated the construction progress,which provides a reference direction for construction enterprises to deal with inert materials for construction properly,and has a good reference significance.
