摘要
摊铺施工工艺在填海造地施工中应用较为广泛,根据摊铺的源动力不同,可分为水力摊铺和机械摊铺,文中重点研究水力摊铺在吹填工程中的应用。水力摊铺是海上回填作业中最难的部分,摊铺的质量是施工控制的重中之重。在实际施工中,若有挤淤、拱淤等问题出现,会对常规排水板、搅拌桩等地基处理工艺造成巨大影响。依托香港国际机场第三跑道填海工程,针对项目中主要投入的水力摊铺工艺进行梳理,系统介绍各水力摊铺工艺的施工原理及施工控制要点,并从施工质量控制等方面进行阐述,结合工程实际进行工艺研究,探索提高质量的措施及方法,以期完善水力摊铺工艺在填海造地工程中的应用。
The filling technology by spreader pontoon is widely used in the reclamation project.According the difference source power of filling,it can be divided into hydraulic filling and mechanical.This paper focuses on the application of hydraulic filling in reclamation work.The method of hydraulic filling is the most difficult part of offshore backfilling operation,and the filling quality is the top priority of construction control.In the actual construction,if there are problems such as silt squeezing and arch silting,it will have a great impact on the foundation treatment processes such as conventional drainage board and mixing pile.Relying on the main reclamation works of Hong Kong International Airport third runway system project,this paper sorts out the hydraulic filling technology mainly invested in the project,systematically introduces the construction principle and construction control points of each hydraulic filling technology,expounds it from the aspects of construction quality control,explores the measures and methods to improve the quality in combination with the actual project,so as to improve the application of hydraulic filling technology in reclamation projects.
