微生物鉴定分型技术在水厂微生物污染调查中的应用

摘要 本文采用微生物分型鉴定技术,对本市水厂的微生物污染情况进行调查,以了解水厂生产环境的污染程度和潜在风险。采用16S rDNA和LSU rDNA测序、全自动微生物鉴定仪,对分离得到的微生物进行鉴定,结果显示,共收集微生物126株,分离细菌120株,霉菌6株。水厂中的微生物污染是影响桶装水生产的潜在隐患,桶装水的污染受水源、生产过滤设备、回收桶、环境及操作人员多个因素的影响。 In this paper,microbial typing and identification technology is used to investigate the microbial pollution of water plants in our city,so as to understand the pollution degree and potential risk of water plant production environment.The isolated microorganisms were identified by 16S rDNA and LSU rDNA sequencing and automatic microbial identification instrument.The results showed that 126 strains of microorganisms were collected,120 strains of bacteria and 6 strains of molds were isolated.Microbial pollution in the water plant is a potential hidden danger affecting the production of barreled water.The pollution of barreled water is affected by many factors,such as water source,production filtration equipment,recycling barrel,environment and operators.
