摘要
为探究在环锭细纱机上纺制分层结构纱的可行性,以棉纤维纺制的环锭纱作为芯层,表层同样采用棉纤维,运用包芯纱成纱机理纺制分层结构纱线。通过改变分层结构纱线的芯纱捻系数、成纱捻系数以及芯层与表层比例,分析纱线的力学性能和织物柔软度变化情况。分析结果表明:当采用正交试验优选出的芯纱捻系数为290、成纱捻系数为230、芯层与表层比例为15∶85时,所纺制58.3 tex内紧外松分层结构纱线在满足断裂强度、条干CV等质量要求的前提下,织物柔软效果相对最佳。
To explore the feasibility of spinning layered structure yarns on ring spinning frame,cotton ring yarn was used as core layer,surface layer was also cotton fiber,layered structure yarn was spun throhgh core spun yarn forming mechanism on ring spinning frame.Changes of yarn strength and fabric softness were analyzed by changing core yarn twist factor,yarn twist factor and ratio of core layer to surface layer.The results showed when core yarn twist factor was 290,yarn twist factor was 230,ratio of core layer to surface layer was 15∶85,the softness effect of the 58.3 tex layered yarn was relatively the best under the premise of meeting quality requirements such as breaking strength and CV.
