总结利用电子清纱器分析纱疵降低短粗节的方法。以色纺化纤品种、纯棉品种、棉涤包芯纱品种为例,分别分析了短粗节纱疵产生的原因,并针对性地采取了控制措施。指出:化纤品种应从纤维特点及截面形态入手,把好原料关,优化原料预处理和梳棉工艺;纯棉品种通过不同地域原棉的试纺,调整配棉结构,在保证质量和成本的前提下选择纱疵在可控范围的原棉,并通过优化工艺等措施,弥补染色等原因导致的强力下降、短绒增加,使短粗节纱疵达到正常水平;芯丝长丝张力的稳定输出是控制包芯纱短粗节纱疵的关键。认为:不同的品种产生短粗节纱疵的原因各不相同;利用洛菲电子清纱器纱疵功能分析数据,判断短粗节纱疵的产生原因,就可针对性地采取措施,进而有效降低短粗节纱疵,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,保证纺纱质量。

Methods of using electronic yarn clearer to reduce short slub yarn defect were summarized.Colored spinning chemical fiber product,pure cotton product and cotton polyester core spun yarn product were taken as examples,causes of short slub yarn defect were analyzed separately and targeted control measures were taken.It was pointed out that chemical fiber product should start from fiber property and cross section shape,controlling raw material properly,optimizing raw material pretreatment and carding technology.Pure cotton product should be tested through trial spinning of raw cotton in different regions,structure of cotton assorting should be adjusted.Under the premise of ensuring quality and cost,raw cotton with yarn defects in controllable range should be selected.Through optimizing process and other measures to compensate for decrease in strength and increase of short fiber caused by dyeing and other reasons,so that the short slub yarn defects were reached normal level.Stable output of core filament tension was the key to control short slub yarn defects of core spun yarn.It is considered that causes of short slub yarn defects are different for different products.Data are analyzed by using LOEPFE electronic yarn clearer,causes of short slub yarn defect can be judged and then targeted measures can be taken.Short slub yarn defects can be effectively reduced,production efficiency can be improved,production costs can be reduced and spinning quality can be ensured.
