痰热清联合下肢动脉腔内球囊扩张术对糖尿病足的疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of Tanreqing injection combined with intra-arterial balloon dilatation in treatment of diabetic foot

目的探讨痰热清联合下肢动脉腔内球囊扩张术治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法选择2017年12月至2019年12月接受治疗的226例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,随机平均分为参照组和观察组,参照组的糖尿病足患者单纯接受下肢动脉腔内球囊扩张术治疗,并结合常规护理。观察组糖尿病足患者在参照组的糖尿病足患者接受下肢动脉腔内球囊扩张术治疗的基础上,行痰热清注射液治疗。观察2组患者的疗效、治愈时间、复发率、不良反应发生率。结果治疗14 d后,观察组患者总有效率显著高于参照组患者(χ^(2)=24.245,P=0.000);治愈时间显著短于参照组患者(χ^(2)=62.05,P=0.000),糖尿病足再次复发率显著低于参照组(χ^(2)=23.815,P=0.000)。治疗过程中2组患者的不良反应发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论痰热清联合下肢动脉腔内球囊扩张术治疗糖尿病足效果较好,能够加速患者的愈合速度,比较安全。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tanreqing injection combined with intra-arterial balloon dilatation in treatment of diabetic foot.Methods A total of 226 patients with diabetic foot who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The patients in control group were treated by lower extremity artery luminal balloon dilation combined with conventional nursing,however,thepatients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated with Tanreqing injection.The curative effects,cure time,recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 14-day treatment,the total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01),and the cure time was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.01),moreover,the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).However there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tanreqing injection combined with lower limb intra-arterial balloon dilation is effective in treating diabetic foot,which can accelerate the healing rate of patients,with better safety.
