体外冲击波配合本体感觉训练治疗运动创伤性踝关节炎患者的效果分析

Effects of extracorporeal shock wave combined with proprioception training on joint scores in patients with sports traumatic ankle arthritis

目的分析体外冲击波配合本体感觉训练治疗运动创伤性踝关节炎患者关节评分影响。方法借助随机抽样法将2019年1~12月接受治疗的80例运动创伤性踝关节炎患者分为对照组与研究组,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的同时进行体外冲击波配合本体感觉训练治疗,比较2组患者临床疗效、疼痛情况、关节评分及无痛步行距离。结果治疗前2组患者VAS、Kofoed评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后30 d、60 d研究组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),Kofoed评分高于对照组(P<0.05),无痛步行距离200~500 m、>500 m患者构成比高于对照组(P<0.05),<200 m患者构成比低于对照组(P<0.05),临床疗效评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运动创伤性踝关节炎患者应用体外冲击波配合本体感觉训练治疗,临床疗效理想,在有效减轻踝关节疼痛,促进功能恢复的同时可改善无痛步行情况,该联合治疗模式具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effects of extracorporeal shock wave combined with proprioception training on joint scores in patients with sports traumatic ankle arthritis.Methods A total of 80 patients with sports traumatic ankle arthritis who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and research group.The patientsin control group were given conventional treatment,however,thepatients in research group,on the basis of control group,were treated by extracorporeal shock wave combined with proprioception training.The clinical efficacy,pain status,joint score and painless walking distance were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in VAS scores,Kofoed scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS scores at 30d,60d after treatment in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),however,Kofoed scores were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the patients with painless walking distance being 200~500m,over 500m in research group were significantly more than those in control group(P<0.05),but the patients with painless walking distance being lower than 500m were significantly less than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the clinical curative effects in research group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The extracorporeal shock wave combined with proprioception training can obtain satisfactory therapeutic effects on sports traumatic ankle arthritis,which can effectively relieve ankle pain,promote functional recovery and improve painless walking status of patients,and the treatment mode has high clinical application value.
