乳腺癌PICC化疗应用配偶赋能认知教育的效果及对不良情绪、FACT-B评分的影响

Effects of spouse empowerment cognitive education patients with breast cancer undergoing PICC chemotherapy and its effects on adverse emotion and FACT-B score

目的探讨乳腺癌经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)化疗应用配偶赋能认知教育的效果及对不良情绪及FACT-B评分的影响。方法随机抽样2019年1~12月收治的乳腺癌PICC化疗患者80例分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。分别给予常规干预、配偶赋能认知教育干预,对比患者自我效能感评分、不良情绪评分及FACT-B评分。结果实施前2组患者自我效能感评分、不良情绪评分及FACT-B评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实施后研究组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),而SUPPH评分、FACT-B评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论配偶赋能认知教育对乳腺癌PICC化疗患者的影响较大,主要体现在可增强其自我效能感,从而改善不良情绪对于化疗工作带来的影响,提高生活质量,该模式具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effects of spouse empowerment cognitive education patients with breast cancer undergoing PICC chemotherapy and its effects on the adverse emotion and FACT-B score.Methods Eighty patients with breast cancer who underwent PICC chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given routine intervention,however,those in experimental group were given spouse empowerment cognitive education intervention.The self-efficacy score,adverse mood score and FACT-B score were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in self-efficacy scores,adverse mood scores and FACT-B scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention the SAS and SDS scores in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),however,SUPPHscores and FACT-B scores in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The spouse empowerment cognitive education has obvous effects on the patients with breast cancer undergoing PICC chemotherapy,which can enhance the self-efficacy sence of patients,so as to improve the effects of adverse emotions on chemotherapy and improve the life quality of patients,therefore,the method has higher clinical application value.
