突发性聋是耳聋的一种,也是耳科常见的疾病之一。其发病率逐年上升,并且其具体病因目前尚不明确,内耳微循环障碍是目前研究的热点之一。本文就内耳微循环障碍危险因素与突发性耳聋的研究进展做一综述,以期为研究突聋病因及治疗提供帮助。

Sudden sensorineural hearing loss is a kind of deafness and one of the common diseases in the department of ear.The incidence of the disease is increasing year by year,and its specific etiology is still not clear,so the disturbance of inner ear microcirculation is one of the hot spots of current research.This article reviews the research progress on the risk factors of inner ear microcirculation disorder and sudden deafness,in order to provide to help for the study of the etiology and treatment of sudden sensorineural hearing loss.
