综合性术中压疮管理方案预防长时间手术老年患者压力性损伤的效果

Effects of comprehensive intraoperative pressure ulcer management plan in preventing pressure injuries for elderly patients undergoing long-term surgery

目的探讨长时间手术老年患者建立综合性术中压疮管理方案预防压力性损伤发生的效果。方法选取2018年3月至2020年6月收治的长时间手术老年患者102例,随机数字表法分为2组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用综合性术中压疮管理方案。比较2组PUSH评分、满意度、压疮事件发生率、护理效果。结果研究组第二期、第三期PUSH评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组压疮事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理记录、基础知识、护理技术效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长时间手术老年患者治疗过程中,建立综合性术中压疮管理方案效果理想,可以有效预防压力性损伤,临床上应进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive intraoperative pressure ulcer management plan in preventing pressure injuries for elderly patients undergoing long-term surgery.Methods A total of 102 elderly patients who underwent long-term surgery in our hospital from March 2018 to June 2020 were enrolled in thestudy,who were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing care,however,thepatients in research group were treated by the nursing based on comprehensive intraoperative pressure ulcer management plan.The PUSH score,satisfaction degree,incidence of pressure ulcers,and nursing effect were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The PUSH scores at the second and third phases in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction degree in research group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the incidence of pressure ulcers in research group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),however,the effects of nursing records,basic knowledge,and nursing techniques in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive intraoperative pressure ulcer management scheme can effectively prevent the pressure injuries of elderly patients undergoing long-term surgery,which should be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
