无缝隙护理在支架取栓术治疗急性脑梗死中的应用及对患者并发症发生的影响

Application of seamless nursing in treatment of acute cerebral infarction after stent thrombus removal and its effects on the complications of patients

目的探讨无缝隙护理在支架取栓术治疗急性脑梗死中的应用及对患者并发症发生的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2020年5月收治的急性脑梗死患者98例,所有患者均使用支架取栓术治疗,根据护理方式的不同分为2组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用无缝隙护理。比较2组并发症发生率、FMA、NIHSS评分变化情况、满意度、住院总费用、住院时间。结果研究组脑出血、皮肤破裂、水肿并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组FMA评分高于对照组(P<0.05),NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者对护士满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组住院总费用、住院时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在支架取栓术治疗急性脑梗死中,无缝隙护理效果理想,可减少并发症的发生,改善FMA、NIHSS评分,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effects of seamless nursing in treatment of acute cerebral infarction after stent thrombus removal and its effects on the complications of patients.Methods A total of 98 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were enrolled in the study.All the patients were treated by stent thrombus removal,then who were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The patients in control group were treated by conventional nursing care,however,thepatients in research group were treated by seamless nursing.The incidence of complications,FMA and NIHSS scores,satisfaction degree of patients,total hospitalization expenses and length of staying in hospital were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rates of complications including cerebral hemorrhage,skin rupture and edema research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).And the FMA scores in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),however,NIHSS scores were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the satisfaction degree of patients with nursing in research group was significantly higher than that in control group,but,the total hospitalization expenses and length of hospital stay in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The seamless nursing in treatment of acute cerebral infarction after stent thrombus removal can obtain satisfactory effects,which can can reduce the occurrence of complications,improve FMA and NIHSS scores,therefore,it should be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
