基于数据挖掘探讨“百病生于气”观点论治子宫腺肌病

Discussion on the treatment of adenomyosis based on the idea of“all diseases are born of Qi”based on data mining

目的基于数据挖掘探讨"百病生于气"理念指导下子宫腺肌病(Adenomyosis,AM)的治疗。方法收集整理2015年1月1日至2020年12月31日期间于山东中医药大学附属医院就诊并符合纳入标准的子宫腺肌病患者数据构建原始数据库。对规范后的数据进行功效、归经、使用频次、四气、五味的频数分析。并运用复杂网络软件Liquorice系统对药物执行多尺度骨干网络分析和多层核心网络分析。结果药物功效频次统计结果显示,频次排名依次为补气药、理气药、活血药等;药物脏腑归经统计结果显示,药物多归于肝经、脾经、心经等;高频用药常见为醋香附、当归、醋延胡索等,四气中温性药物最为常用,五味中甘味药物最为常用。多尺度骨干网络分析得出醋香附、当归、醋延胡索等11味药物为治疗AM的核心处方组成。并通过多层核心网络分析构建出治疗AM药物的3层核心网络。结论中医药治疗AM具有其独特优势,以气血为纲,治疗上理气活血,疏肝气、补脾气、滋肾气,气机调畅则瘀结自消。在"百病生于气"理念的指导下,通过数据挖掘药分析中医药治疗子宫腺肌病用药规律,具有较高的置信度和参考意义,为临床研究治疗子宫腺肌病提供新思路。

Objective To explore the treatment of adenomyosis(AM)under the guidance of the concept of“all diseases arise from Qi”based on data mining.Methods The data of patients with adenomyosis who visited the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2015 to December 31,2020 and met the inclusion criteria were collected to construct an original database.The standardized data were analyzed by frequency of efficacy,meridian return,frequency of use,four qi and five flavors.And the complex network software Liquorice system is used to perform multi-scale backbone network analysis and multi-layer core network analysis for drugs.Results The statistical results of drug efficacy frequency show that the frequency ranking is Qi-tonifying drugs,qi-regulating drugs,blood-activating drugs,etc.The statistical results of viscera meridian tropism show that drugs are mostly attributed to liver meridian,spleen meridian,heart meridian,etc.The high-frequency drugs are vinegar Cyperus rotundus,Angelica sinensis,vinegar Corydalis yanhusuo,etc.The moderate-temperature drugs in four qi are the most commonly used,and the sweet drugs in five flavors are the most commonly used.Multi-scale backbone network analysis showed that 11 drugs such as Vinegar Cyperus,Angelica sinensis,and Vinegar Corydaliswere the core prescriptions for treating AM.And through the analysis of multi-layer core network,a three-layer core network for treating AM drugs was constructed.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in treating AM,taking Qi and blood as the key link,regulating qi and promoting blood circulation,soothing liver Qi,tonifying spleen Qi and nourishing kidney Qi,and regulating Qi activity will lead to stasis and self-elimination.Under the guidance of the concept of“all diseases are born of Qi”,it is of high confidence and reference significance to analyze the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treating adenomyosis through data mining,so as to provide new ideas for clinical research in treating adenomyosis.
