养真益元汤联合迎香穴注射治疗常年性过敏性鼻炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treating Perennial Allergic Rhinitis with Yangzhen Yiyuan Decoction Combined with Yingxiang Point Injection

目的观察养真益元汤联合迎香穴注射治疗常年性过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效及复发情况。方法选取2018年12月—2020年6月期间于上海市黄浦区香山中医医院五官科常规门诊收治的常年性过敏性鼻炎患者66例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各33例。对照组使用布地奈德鼻喷剂,治疗组给予养真益元汤内服联合迎香穴注射治疗。治疗6周后,观察两组患者症状体征总积分变化、复发率及不良反应情况。结果两组患者治疗后症状体征总积分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组症状体征总积分较对照组明显降低,改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组总有效率为93.94%(31/33),对照组总有效率为75.76%(25/33),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访2个月,治疗组复发率为25.8%(8/31),对照组复发率为76.0%(19/25),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,治疗组无不良反应表现,安全性较高,对照组出现3例鼻腔干燥、出血情况。结论养真益元汤联合迎香穴注射治疗常年性过敏性鼻炎疗效确切、持久。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and recurrence of Yangzhen Yiyuan Decoction combined with Yingxiang point injection in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 66 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis who were admitted to the routine outpatient department of ENT of Xiangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Huangpu District,Shanghai from December 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 33 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Yangzhen Yiyuan Decoction combined with Yingxiang injection,while the control group was given budesonide nasal spray.After six weeks of treatment,the improvement degree and total score of the four symptoms and nasal signs of itchy nose,sneezing,runny nose and nasal congestion were observed,and the recurrence rate and the adverse reactions of the two groups was compared after two months of follow-up.Results The total scores of symptoms and signs in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Academic significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.94%(31/33),and the total effective rate of the control group was 75.76%(25/33),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the 2-month follow-up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 25.8%(8/31),and the recurrence rate of the control group was 76%(19/25),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,the treatment group had no adverse reactions,and the safety was relatively high.There were 3 cases of nasal dryness and bleeding in the control group.Conclusion Yangzhen Yiyuan Decoction combined with Yingxiang point injection has a definite and lasting effect on perennial allergic rhinitis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.Clinical observation on treating perennial allergic rhinitis with Yangzhen Yiyuan decoction combined with Yingxiang point injection.
