基于久病入络理论探讨高血压的既病防变

Discussion on the Preventing Disease from Exacerbating of Hypertension Based on the Theory of Chronic Diseases Involving Collaterals

原发性高血压是全身血管疾病,其常见的并发症有脑卒中、高血压心脏病、慢性肾衰竭、视网膜病变等,治疗上应重视既病防变。高血压与络病存在共同的发病机制,其证候演变规律与络病的层次递进具有相似性。久病入络理论是络病理论重要组成部分。久病络瘀和久病络虚是久病入络的基本病机特点,及时和积极地祛除痰瘀病理因素,祛邪通络,注重培补荣络,先安未受邪之地,能有效防止疾病的进一步发展和传变。基于久病入络理论探讨原发性高血压的发病机制及传变规律,从久病络瘀、以通为用和久病络虚、以补为用两个角度防治高血压进一步传变。

Essential hypertension is a systemic vascular disease,and its common complications are stroke,hypertensive heart disease,chronic renal failure,retinopathy and so on,treatment should pay attention to preventing disease from exacerbating.There is a common pathogenesis between hypertension and collateral disease,and the law of syndrome evolution is similar to the transmission of collateral disease.The theory of chronic diseases entering collaterals is an important part of the theory of collaterals diseases.Long-term disease with blood stasis and long-term disease with deficiency of collaterals are the basic pathogenesis characteristics of long-term disease entering collaterals,eliminating pathogenic factors of phlegm and blood stasis in time and actively,dispelling pathogenic factors and dredging collaterals,cultivating and reinforcing collaterals,and ensuring a place free from pathogenic factors,can effectively prevent the further development and transmission of the disease.Therefore,based on the theory of long-term disease entering collaterals,the pathogenesis and transmission regularity of essential hypertension were discussed,and the further transmission of hypertension was prevented and treated from two angles:Treatment of long-term disease collateral blood stasis by dredging collaterals,Treatment of long-term disease collateral deficiency by reinforcing collaterals.
