摘要
采用污水处理厂剩余污泥为原料,制备了磁性污泥基生物炭复合材料,采用扫描电镜、能谱分析、傅里叶红外光谱等手段进行了表征,并考察了所制备复合材料对甲基橙的吸附性能。结果表明,所制备的复合材料在甲基橙初始pH=3.0,生物炭投加量为0.8 g/L时,磁性生物炭对甲基橙呈现了良好的吸附性能。经过5次吸附解吸试验,磁性污泥基生物炭对甲基橙的去除率保持在90%以上,展现出了良好的应用前景。
Magnetic biochar from sewage sludge was successfully synthesized and characterized by scanning electron microscopy, energy spectrum analysis and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The adsorption behavior of methyl orange from aqueous solution onto the magnetic biochar was investigated. The results showed that when the initial pH of methyl orange was 3.0 and the dosage of biochar was 0.8 g/L, the magnetic biochar showed a good adsorption performance for methyl orange. After five adsorption-desorption experiments, the removal efficiency of methyl orange remained above 90%, indicating that magnetic biochar had better ability to remove methyl orange-containing wastewater.
