多维气相色谱法测定合成气的组成方法研究

摘要 在POX装置的运行监控中,其产品合成气的组分分析十分重要,为简化操作、缩短分析用时、提高分析结果的重现性和准确度,利用四阀六柱多维气相色谱方法,合理配置仪器条件,在一台仪器上,一次进样,对合成气中所有成分全部检测,精密度测定相对标准偏差小于3.0%,加标回收率91%~110%之间,方法满足实际生产需要,节省了投资,有较好的实用推广价值。 In the operation monitoring of POX device, the component analysis of its product syngas is very important. In order to simplify operation, shorten the analysis time, improve the reproducibility and accuracy of the analysis results, using four valve six-pillar multi-dimensional gas chromatography method, with reasonable configuration of instrument conditions, in an instrument, using one single sample, all components of syngas were analyzed, precision measurement relative standard deviation was less than 3.0%, mark recovery rate was between 91% and 110%. This method met the actual production needs, saved investment, had a better practical promotion value.
