摘要
焙烧隧道窑的运行过程中,出现了可燃性气体聚集爆炸或存在爆炸隐患。少数烧结砖焙烧隧道窑的爆炸实例表明,引风机停运是引发窑内气体爆炸的一个因素,正是引风机的突发停电,使得窑内有限空间可燃性气体出现逐步聚集,并且与空气混合后成为爆炸气体,随着爆炸气体温度的逐步上升,从而在窑内产生气体爆炸,对窑顶结构产生破坏。窑内气体爆炸的诱因在于隧道窑引风机突发停电。烧窑工应该及时处置,揭开投煤孔盖,打开窑门,使得窑内出现气体流动,避免可燃气体聚集,预防窑内气体爆炸。焙烧隧道窑引风机停电后,如果能够自动或者由人工启动第二电源,保证引风机的短期运行,也可更好地预防窑内气体爆炸。最后,还可在焙烧隧道窑上安装泄爆装置,减轻气体爆炸冲击波对窑体的损坏。
During the operation of tunnel kiln, there is a flammable gas accumulation and explosion or there is a hidden danger of explosion. A few explosion examples of fired brick tunnel kilns show that the outage of the induced draft fan is a factor that causes the gas explosion in the kiln. Then it becomes an explosive gas. As the temperature of the explosive gas gradually rises, a gas explosion occurs in the kiln and damages the structure of the kiln roof.
