基于官网信息的公立医院社会责任行为分析

Analysis of Public Hospital’s Social Responsibility Behavior Based on Official Website Information

目的:了解我国不同地区不同等级的公立医院承担社会责任情况。方法:按照随机性原则抽取我国东部、中部、西部共计20所公立医院,通过医院的官网查询并下载2019年1月-12月期间登载的所有报道,筛选和剔除后1 992条有效数据纳入本研究。采用内容分析法对报道归类,并进行描述性统计和卡方检验。结果:公立医院所承担的8类社会责任行为中,教育科研技术合作频率最高,价格优惠占比最小。三级与二级公立医院承担的社会责任行为存在较大差异,东部、中部、西部地区公立医院承担的社会责任行为亦存在差异。结论:公立医院履行社会责任是一项最基本义务,公立医院应将其纳入医院的战略发展规划中,并根据自身情况,不断扩展社会责任的表现形式,充分体现其社会效益。

Objective:To understand the social responsibility of different levels of public hospitals and different regions in China.Methods:A total of 20 public hospitals in eastern,central and western China were selected according to the principle of randomness.All reports published on the official websites of the hospitals from January to December 2019 were searched and downloaded. After screening and eliminating,1,992 valid data were included in this study. Content analysis was used to classify the reports,and statistical analysis used descriptive statistics and chi-square test. Results:Among the 8 social responsibility behaviors of public hospitals,the frequency of education,scientific research and technology cooperation is the highest and the proportion of price preference is the lowest. There are great differences in the social responsibility behaviors of tertiary and secondary public hospitals,and there are also different in eastern,central and western regions. Conclusion:Fulfill social responsibility is a basic obligation for public hospital. Public hospital should incorporate it into their strategic development planning,and expand the forms of social responsibility to reflect their social benefits.
