Magic on Matrices:the Studies and Applications of the“Matrix”in Printmaking

当代版画界的艺术家在对“版”的制作、研究和运用上不断创新,并收获了丰富的创作经验。本文认为在当前版画多元发展的趋势下,应打破固有的概念和思维,充分利用版画资源,以宽容试错的态度参与版画艺术实践,拓宽版画的表达方式和艺术表现力,在“版”上做出更多的文章。

Modern printmakers have never stopped their innovation in the making,studying and applying of the“matrices”,which has generated rich creative experience.The author believes that printmaking artists,under the trend of diversification,should jump out of the existing concepts and ideas,give full play to all available resources,and adopt a more experimental attitude in art creation.In this way,the forms and means of printed art will be expanded and the artists can do more magic on the matrices.
