摘要 基坑开挖过程中对临近基坑周边建筑物的影响是监测项目中的重要课题之一。文中通过对基坑支护体系内力及变形、临近建筑物沉降等监测数据进行分析,研究深基坑开挖过程中周边临近建筑物的沉降规律。通过对监测数据进行综合分析,得出随着基坑开挖深度的增加,围护结构深层位移不断增大,同时基坑周边地表及建筑沉降随之逐渐增大,底板结构施工完成后沉降趋于稳定的结论。 The influence of foundation pit excavation on adjacent buildings is one of the important issues in monitoring projects.By analyzing the monitoring data of internal force and deformation of foundation pit supporting system and settlement of adjacent buildings, the settlement law of adjacent buildings in the process of deep foundation pit excavation is studied. Through comprehensive analysis of monitoring data, it is concluded that with the increase of excavation depth, the deep displacement of retaining structure increases, and the settlement of ground surface and building around the foundation pit increases gradually, and the settlement of bottom structure tends to be stable after completion of construction.
