阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道病的效果及复发情况

Efficacy and Recurrence of Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use Combined with Metronidazole in the Treatment of Bacterial Vaginosis

目的:探讨细菌性阴道病患者采用阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑的治疗效果,并对复发情况进行分析。方法:回顾性分析2020年4-9月北京美中宜和妇儿医院妇科门诊收治的90例细菌性阴道病患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同分组,对照组(n=45)采用甲硝维参阴道栓进行治疗,研究组(n=45)采用阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑进行治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、复发情况及治疗前后生活质量。结果:研究组总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的75.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组瘙痒、灼痛、白带增多症状消失时间均早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组躯体功能、心理功能、生活状态、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后1、3个月复发率分别为2.32%、4.65%,低于对照组的23.52%、26.47%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合口服抗生素治疗细菌性阴道病,总体效果优于甲硝维参阴道栓,可缩短症状消失时间,并且改善激素水平,降低炎性因子,同时能够降低复发率,临床治疗效果明显。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use combined with Metronidazole in the treatment of patients with bacterial vagina,and analyze the recurrence.Method:The clinical data of 90 patients with bacterial vaginosis admitted to the gynecological clinic of in Amcare Women’s and Children’s Hospital from April to September 2020 were retrospective analyzed,they were randomly divided into two groups according to the treatment method.The control group(n=45)was treated with Metronidazole Vaginal Suppository.The study group(n=45)was treated with Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use combined with Metronidazole for treatment.The clinical treatment effect,recurrence and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the study group was 95.56%,which was higher than 75.56%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptoms of pruritus,burning pain and increased leucorrhea disappear time in the study group were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,follicle-stimulating hormon(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical function,psychological function,living status and social function in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rates in the study group were 2.32%and 4.65%at 1 month and 3 months after treatment,respectively,which were lower than 23.52%and 26.47%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall effect of Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use combined with oral Metronidazole in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis is better than Metronidazole Vaginal Suppository,which can shorten the disappearance of symptoms,improve hormone levels,reduce inflammatory factors,and reduce recurrence,the clinical treatment effect is obvious.
