MMP-9及CD147在下咽癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及基质金属蛋白酶刺激因子CD147在下咽癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:选取佛山市高明区人民医院、北京同仁医院2018年8月-2020年4月42例下咽癌患者的病理组织石蜡标本设为观察组,并选取下咽癌切除时癌旁正常黏膜标本38例设为对照组。比较两组MMP-9、CD147表达阳性率,以及观察组不同TNM分期、有无淋巴结转移患者中的MMP-9、CD147表达阳性率。分析MMP-9、CD147表达的一致性。结果:观察组MMP-9、CD147表达阳性率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分期为T_(3)~T_(4)的MMP-9、CD147表达阳性率高于T_(1)~T_(2),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);淋巴结转移患者中MMP-9、CD147表达阳性率高于无淋巴结转移,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中MMP-9、CD147表达一致率为90.48%,Kappa值为0.663。结论:MMP-9及CD147的表达可对下咽癌病情进行有效反映,对治疗下咽癌具有重要指导意义。 Objective:To explore the expression and clinical significance of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and matrix metalloproteinase stimulating factor CD147 in hypopharyngeal carcinoma.Method:Paraffin specimens of pathological tissues of 42 patients with hypopharyngeal cancer from August 2018 to April 2020 in Gaoming District People’s Hospital of Foshan City and Beijing Tongren Hospital were selected as the observation group,and 38 specimens of normal mucosa adjacent to hypopharyngeal cancer during resection were selected as the control group.The positive rates of MMP-9 and CD147 in the two groups were compared,and the positive rates of MMP-9 and CD147 in patients with different TNM stages and lymph node metastasis in the observation group were compared.The consistency of expression of MMP-9 and CD147 were analyzed.Result:The positive rates of MMP-9 and CD147 expression in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of MMP-9 and CD147 expression in T_(3)-T_(4) were higher than those in T_(1)-T_(2),but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The positive rate of MMP-9 and CD147 expression in patients with lymph node metastasis were higher than those without lymph node metastasis,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The consistent rate of MMP-9 and CD147 expression in the observation group was 90.48%,Kappa value was 0.663.Conclusion:The expression of MMP-9 and CD147 can effectively reflect the condition of hypopharyngeal carcinoma and has important guiding significance for the treatment of hypopharyngeal carcinoma.
