滇丹参与丹参有效成分含量的差异 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】探明人工驯化后的滇丹参和丹参(引种自河南)的丹参酮类及丹酚酸B含量的差异,为丹参杂交品种的亲本选择提供依据。【方法】采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定滇丹参和丹参的丹参酮类及丹酚酸B的含量,并对其含量差异进行比较分析。【结果】滇丹参与丹参的丹参酮类含量均未达到《中华人民共和国药典》(2020版)的规定,滇丹参单株含量达标率为26.7%,最高含量为0.74%;丹参单株含量达标率为20.0%,最高含量为0.354%;丹参的丹酚酸B含量极显著高于滇丹参,二者的丹酚酸B含量均符合药典规定,滇丹参单株达标率为70.0%,最高含量为5.49%;丹参单株含量合格率为100.0%,最高含量为8.68%。【结论】同一水平下丹参材料的丹酚酸B合格率高,品质好。 【Objective】The difference in tanshinones and salvianolic acid B content of Salvia yunnanensis and Salvia miltiorrhiza(introduced from Henan)after artificial domestication are determined to provide the basis for the parent selection of S. miltiorrhiza hybrid variety.【Method】Tanshinones and salvianolic acid B content of S. yunnanensis and S. miltiorrhiza are determined and the content difference is compared as well as analyzed by adopting high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).【Result】Tanshinones content in S. yunnanensis and S. miltiorrhiza cannot meet the standard of the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(2020);the compliance rate of tanshinones content in individual S. yunnanensis plant is 26.7%,while the maximum content is 0.74%;the compliance rate of tanshinones content in individual S. miltiorrhiza plant is 20.0%,while the maximum content is 0.354%.Salvianolic acid B content of S. miltiorrhiza is higher than that of S. yunnanensis very significantly, and the salvianolic acid B content of S. yunnanensis and S. miltiorrhiza is in accordance with the standard of the Pharmacopoeia;the compliance rate of salvianolic acid B content in individual S. yunnanensis plant is 70.0%,while the maximum content is 5.49%;the compliance rate of salvianolic acid B content in individual S. miltiorrhiza plant is 100.0%,while the maximum content is 8.68%.【Conclusion】Salvianolic acid B content in S. miltiorrhiza is featured with high qualification rate and good quality at the same level.
