公交场站数字化转型的思考与初探

Thinking and Preliminary Exploration on the Digital Transformation of Bus Station

在数字化转型的大背景下,为满足公交企业对场站服务水平和营运管理效率的更高要求,本文在深入研究公交场站现有业务模式和业务发展需求的基础上,提出了面向公交场站未来数字化转型的整体架构,探索设计了未来公交智慧场站在车辆、安消、人员、设施以及能耗等核心业务的主要应用场景,对公交智慧场站的工程应用具有指导意义。

Under the background of digital transformation,in order to meet the higher requirements of public transport enterprises for station service level and operation management efficiency,based on the in-depth study of the existing business model and business development needs of public transport stations,this paper puts forward the overall framework for the future digital transformation of public transport stations,and explores and designs the future public transport smart stations in terms of vehicles,safety and consumer,personnel the main application scenarios of core businesses such as facilities and energy consumption have guiding significance for the engineering application of bus smart stations.
