Design of Scientific Research Achievement Management System in Colleges and Universities

随着学校科研成果的产出越来越大,传统的科研成果管理模式已经难以满足学校的管理需求,科研管理信息化工作变得尤为重要。在学校研发实力足够的情况下,自研科研管理系统能够更好的满足本校的实际需求。因此,本文提供了一套较为完整的科研成果管理系统设计方案,对自研大专层次科研管理系统有一定的指导意义。

With the increasing output of scientific research achievements of the University,the traditional management mode of scientific research achievements has been difficult to meet the management needs of the University,and the informatization of scientific research management has become particularly important.When the R & D strength of the university is sufficient,the self-developed scientific research management system can better meet the actual needs of the University.Therefore,this paper provides a relatively complete design scheme of scientific research achievement management system,which has a certain guiding significance for the scientific research management system at the level of self-research college.
