高层住宅及其附属人防地下室的暖通设计问题和对策研究

近年来,我国社会经济发展迅速,城市居民的生活质量有了显着提高,城市经济的发展体现在城市住房数量的增加上。城市建筑的数量越来越多,建筑占用的面积越来越大,造成了目前城市土地的短缺。摩天大楼和地下空间的出现在一定程度上减轻了城市土地资源的压力,特别是建筑物的地下空间,充分反映了现代建筑的建筑理念。为了改善住宅及其地下室的暖通设施,有必要深入了解人防地下室通风和烟雾的设计,并根据实际情况和遇到的问题制定一个更科学合理的设计方案,文中分析探讨了高层建筑及其地下室的暖通设计。

In recent years,Chinese social economy has developed rapidly,and the quality of life of urban residents has been significantly improved.The development of urban economy is reflected in the increase of the number of urban housing.The number of urban buildings is increasing,and the area occupied by buildings is becoming larger and larger,resulting in the current shortage of urban land.The emergence of skyscrapers and underground space has reduced the pressure of urban land resources to a certain extent,especially the underground space of buildings,which fully reflects the architectural concept of modern architecture.In order to improve the HVAC facilities of residence and its basement,it is necessary to deeply understand the ventilation and smoke design of civil air defense basement,and formulate a more scientific and reasonable design scheme according to the actual situation and problems.This paper analyzes and discusses the HVAC design of high-rise buildings and their basement.
