提高贫甲醇水冷器换热效率的方法

摘要 低温甲醇洗技术目前已成为煤化工领域不可缺少的工艺流程,当贫甲醇水冷器换热效果下降后,会造成水冷器出口贫甲醇温度升高,进一步造成进入甲醇洗涤塔顶部的贫甲醇温度升高。文章详细介绍了在大型煤化工企业,提高贫甲醇水冷器换热效率的具体应用案例。 At present,low temperature methanol washing technology has become an indispensable process in the field of coal chemical industry.When the heat exchange effect of lean methanol water cooler decreases,it will cause the temperature of lean methanol at the outlet of water cooler to rise,and further cause the temperature of lean methanol entering the top of methanol washing tower to rise.This paper introduces in detail the specific application cases of improving the heat exchange efficiency of lean methanol water cooler in large coal chemical enterprises.
