新时期海洋台站发展思路浅议

The Development of Ocean Stations in the New Era

摘要 为促进新时期我国海洋台站工作的发展,文章从自身建设和工作思路2个方面,对海洋台站的发展思路进行分析。研究结果表明:目前我国海洋台站的工作与海洋经济发展形势不相适应,应在调整职能职责、明确内部关系、理顺中央与地方的关系、确立命名规范和标准以及加强能力建设等方面完善基础条件,在融入地方海洋经济、海洋社会和海洋文化等发展方面制定发展政策,从而更好地服务社会和实现可持续发展。 In order to promote the development of China′s marine stations in the new era,this paper analyzed the development ideas of marine stations from 2 aspects:self-construction and work ideas.The results showed that the current work of China′s marine stations didn′t adapt to the development situation of marine economy.We should improve the basic conditions in adjusting functions and responsibilities,clarifying internal relations,straightening out the relationship between the central and local governments,establishing naming norms and standards and strengthening capacity-building,and formulate development policies in integrating into the development of local marine economy,marine society and marine culture,so as to better serve the society and achieve sustainable development.
