维生素D治疗神经病理性疼痛研究进展

Advances of the treatment of neuropathic pain with vitamin D

神经病理性疼痛可严重影响患者的健康和生活质量。因疼痛机制尚不明确,目前缺乏良好的治疗手段。目前神经病理性疼痛的治疗通常需要联合用药。近年来,研究表明维生素D能有效缓解多种神经病理性疼痛,且无明显的副作用。本文综述了维生素D对神经病理性疼痛的疗效及其可能的作用机制,如抑制神经炎症,促进神经修复,抗病毒等作用。研究维生素D对慢性疼痛的作用及其机制将有助于为其治疗提供新的思路。

Neuropathic pain affects patients’ health and quality of life. The mechanisms of neuropathic pain are not clear, therefore, effective treatment is still lacking. At present, medicines are always used in combination to treat neuropathic pain. Recently, studies show that vitamin D can effectively alleviate neuropathic pain and causes no significant side effects. In this review, the efficacy and possible mechanisms of vitamin D for neuropathic pain are summarized, such as the effects of neuroinflammation inhibition, nerve repair promotion, and the antiviral effects, etc. Studies of the effects and mechanisms of vitamin D on chronic pain will help to provide new ideas for its treatment.
