Analysis on the Quality Management of Grain and Oil Inspection Laboratory

从当前粮油检验实验室自身的质量管理原则入手,结合落实粮油检验工作质量控制的必要性,分析粮油实验室质量管理过程中存在的主要问题,,并提出增强粮油检验实验室质量控制水平的优化策略,包括打造完善的制度体系、落实好体系创新及管理模式升级、构建具备可塑性的管理体系、实现责任分工、以PDCA作为质量管控的依据等全方位的质量管控方案,以供参考。

Starting from the current quality management principles of the grain and oil inspection laboratory,combined with necessity of implementing the quality control of grain and oil inspection work,the main problems existing in the quality management process of the grain and oil laboratory are analyzed,and put forward the optimization strategies to enhance the quality control level of the grain and oil testing laboratory,including creating a perfect system system,implementing good system innovation and management mode Upgrade,build a management system with plasticity,realize the division of responsibilities,PDCA as the basis for quality control and other comprehensive quality control program for reference.
