In order to do a good job in the food safety assurance work of the 18th Gymnasiade and ensure that all work is foolproof,we analyze the problems that are easily overlooked in the organization and coordination,working mechanism,food safety assurance and guarantee links,and propose solutions and ideas.The regulatory authorities further adopt countermeasures to provide theoretical basis.
