HPLC-FLD法测定油茶籽油中苯并(a)芘的含量

摘要 为了提高油茶籽油中苯并(a)芘检测精准度,避免检测中不同因素对检测结果造成较大干扰,提出基于HPLC-FLD法的油茶籽油中苯并(a)芘检测方法研究。通过实验检测,确定最佳苯并(a)芘检测方法为选取HiCapt Benzo作为固相萃取柱,利用丙酮完成固相萃取柱洗脱,控制用量为3 mL。实验结果表明,本检测方法能够准确检测不同精炼程度油茶籽油苯并(a)芘加标回收率,并且苯并(a)芘含量测定结果贴近国标数值,可以作为油茶籽油苯并(a)芘检测方法。 In order to improve the detection accuracy of benzo (a) pyrene in Camellia oleifera Abel.seed oil and avoid the interference of different factors on the detection results,a detection method of benzo (a) pyrene in Camellia oleifera Abel.seed oil based on HPLC-FLD was proposed.Through experimental detection,it is determined that the best detection method of benzo (a) pyrene is to select HiCapt Benzo as the solid phase extraction column,complete the solid phase extraction column elution with acetone,and the control dosage is 3 mL.The experimental results show that the detection method can accurately detect the recovery of benzo (a) pyrene of Camellia oleifera Abel.seed oil with different refining degrees,and the determination result of benzo (a) pyrene content is close to the national standard value,which can be used as a detection method for benzo (a) pyrene of Camellia oleifera Abel.seed oil.
