Application Analysis of Pesticide Residue Rapid Analyzer in Vegetable Pesticide Residue Detection

目的:采用食品安全检测仪检测蔬菜中的农药残留量。方法:抽检武平县2019年和2020年上半年蔬菜样品,启动仪器后在仪器检测室通道内放置处理后的样品,按下"样品"键经数秒延迟后,仪器开始检测,检测完成后会在显示屏中显示样品吸光度增量及抑制率,同时会提示样品是否合格、超标。结果:武平县2019年上半年蔬菜生产基地及批发市场样品共计3135批次,其中有3055批次为合格批次,合格率97.45%,农药残留超标批次为80;2020年上半年蔬菜生产基地及批发市场样品共计3162批次,其中有3098批次为合格批次,合格率97.96%,农药残留超标批次为64。结论:使用农药残留快速分析仪检测时,操作简单、检测迅速且灵敏度高,值得推广应用。

Objective:To detect pesticide residues in vegetables with food safety detector.Method:Randomly inspect the vegetable samples in Wuping in 2019 and the first half of 2020.After starting the instrument,place the processed samples in the channel of the instrument testing room.Press the“Sample”button and after a delay of several seconds,the instrument starts to detect.The absorbance increment and inhibition rate of the sample are displayed on the display screen,and at the same time,it will prompt whether the sample is qualified or exceeded.Results:In the first half of 2019,there were a total of 3135 batches of samples from vegetable production bases and wholesale markets in Wuping,of which 3055 batches were qualified batches,with a pass rate of 97.45%,and 80 batches of pesticide residues exceeded the standard;in the first half of 2020,there were a total of 3162 batches of samples from vegetable production base and wholesale market,of which 3098 batches are qualified batches,with a pass rate of 97.96%,and 64 batches with excessive pesticide residues.Conclusion:When using the pesticide residue rapid analyzer for detection,the operation is simple,the detection is rapid and the sensitivity is high,which is worthy of popularization and application.
