摘要
目的:用原子吸收分光光度计法测定绿豆中重金属(铅)的含量。方法:按照《中国药典》(2020年版四部)通则2321铅测定法采用原子吸收分光光度计法进行测定。结果:铅金属元素在测定范围内线性关系良好(r值在0.99以上)。结论:此检测方法快速、干扰少、准确,可用于绿豆中重金属(铅)含量的测定。
Objective:To determine the content of heavy metal (lead) in mung bean by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.Method:According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2020 edition four) general rule 2321 lead determination method adopts atomic absorption spectrophotometer method for determination.Results:The lead metal element has a good linear relationship within the measurement range (r value is above 0.99).Conclusion:This detection method is fast,less interference and accurate,and can be used to determine the content of heavy metals (lead) in mung beans.
