不同温度和酸浓度下蔗糖转化反应速率的研究和对比

摘要 本文在不更换旋光仪设备型号的前提下,测定了不同温度和不同盐酸浓度下蔗糖转化反应的速率常数、半衰期以及反应的活化能,对比研究蔗糖反应速率常数受外界条件的影响程度,以期为相关研究人员提供参考。 In this paper,without changing the model of the polarimeter equipment,we studied the rate constant,half-life and activation energy of the sucrose conversion reaction at different temperatures and different hydrochloric acid.We can compare the influence of temperature and acid concentration on the reaction,in order to provide a reference for the relevant researchers.
