摘要
蔬菜作为人们日常饮食中不可或缺的食物,其本身的质量与安全直接关系到人们的身体健康与生命安全,农药残留严重超标的蔬菜对人们的身体造成巨大危害。因此,在对蔬菜样品的农药残留进行检测与分析之前,需要对农药残留进行有效处理,以最大限度的降低蔬菜中的农药残留率。本文将结合实验案例,对蔬菜样品中农药残留检测前的处理方法予以全面阐述。
As an indispensable food in people’s daily diet,the quality and safety of vegetables are directly related to people’s health and life safety.Vegetables with serious pesticide residues cause great harm to people’s body.Therefore,before the detection and analysis of pesticide residues in vegetable samples,effective treatment of pesticide residues is needed to minimize the rate of pesticide residues in vegetables.Combined with experimental cases,this paper comprehensively expounds the treatment methods before the detection of pesticide residues in vegetable samples.
