Current Status and Progress of PCR Detection Technology for Yak Meat Adulteration

牦牛生长于绿色无污染的高原环境,具有独特的食用和营养价值。当前大量假冒伪劣产品充斥市场,欺骗消费者的同时也损害了牦牛肉的品牌价值,给西藏特色产业造成巨大冲击。在此情况下,牦牛肉掺伪的检测方法应运而生。本文综述了牦牛肉掺伪PCR检测方法和研究现状,以期为今后牦牛肉掺伪检测技术的研发提供参考。

The yak grows in a green and pollution-free plateau environment and has unique edible and nutritional value.At present,a large number of counterfeit and inferior products flood the market,deceiving consumers but also damaging the brand value of yak meat,causing a huge impact on Tibetan characteristic industries.In this case,detection methods for adulteration of yak meat came into being.This article reviews the PCR detection methods and research status of yak meat adulteration,with a view to provide reference for the future research and development of yak meat adulteration detection technology.
