饲料添加微藻对尼罗罗非鱼幼鱼生长性能及体成分的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本试验研究在饲料中添加微藻对尼罗罗非鱼幼鱼的生长性能及体成分的影响,在基础饲料中分别添加不同微藻,分成5个组进行饲喂,其中D0组为对照组,不添加任何微藻,D1组添加7.5%螺旋藻,D2组添加15%螺旋藻,D3组添加7.5%栅藻,D4组添加15%栅藻。结果表明,饲料中添加15%螺旋藻,尼罗罗非鱼幼鱼的增重率和特定生长率最高,且显著高于对照(P<0.05),而饲料系数最低,显著低于对照组,鱼体粗蛋白质含量增加。饲料中添加栅藻,尼罗罗非鱼幼鱼的增重率和特定生长率没有提高,饲料系数反而增加,鱼体粗蛋白质含量变化不大。结果:螺旋藻组尼罗罗非鱼幼鱼的生长优于栅藻组。 The experiment was conducted to study the effect of different microalgae addition on the growth performance and body composition of juvenile Nile tilapia.Different microalgae were added to the basal feed respectively.There are 5 groups.Group D0 was the control group without any microalgae.Group D1 was supplemented with 7.5%Spirulina,group D2 with 15%Spirulina,group D3 with 7.5%scenedesmus,and group D4 with 15%scenedesmus.The results showed that the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of Nile tilapia were the highest,significantly higher than the control(P<0.05),and the crude protein content of fish increased,while the feed coefficients were the lowest,significantly lower than the control,after adding 15%spirulina into the feed.After adding scenedesmus into the feed,the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of fish were not increased,but the feed coefficient was increased,and the crude protein content of fish body was not changed.The results suggested that adding spirulina on juvenile Nile tilapia growth is better than that adding scenedesmus.
