摘要
目的:研究分析骨髓形态检验鉴别诊断巨幼细胞性贫血与难治性贫血的效果。方法:选取2019年12月-2021年1月麻城市人民医院收治的35例巨幼细胞性贫血患者为A组,35例难治性贫血患者为B组。所有患者均进行血常规及骨髓形态检查,比较两组血常规外周血象特征检查结果、骨髓形态检验结果及巨幼变红细胞胞体直径。结果:B组有核红细胞PAS阳性率及粒系病态、红系病态、淋巴样小巨核检出率均高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组巨幼原始细胞及巨幼变早幼红细胞胞体直径均小于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组全血细胞减少、血红蛋白及血小板减少、白细胞及红细胞减少、幼红幼粒细检出率及粒系巨幼变、红系巨幼变检出率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组巨幼变中红细胞胞体直径比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过骨髓形态检验观察骨髓血细胞粒系病态、红系病态、淋巴样小巨核检出率及巨幼原始细胞、巨幼变早幼红细胞胞体直径可有效鉴别巨幼细胞性贫血与难治性贫血。
Objective:To study and analyze the effect of bone marrow morphology inspection in differential diagnosis of gigantic young cell anemia and refractory anemia.Method:A total of 35 patients with gigantic young cell anemia admitted to Macheng People’s Hospital from December 2019 to January 2021 were selected as group A,and 35 patients with refractory anemia were selected as group B.All patients underwent blood routine examination and bone marrow morphology examination,and the results of blood routine examination of peripheral blood characteristics,bone marrow morphology inspection and the diameter of megaloblastic erythrocytes were compared between two groups.Result:The red cells PAS positive rate and grain of pathological,red is a morbid,lymphoid little giant nuclear detection rate in the group B were higher those in the group A,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The young primitive cells and huge young change early young red blood cells cell diameter in the group B were smaller than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in pancytopenia,hemoglobin and platelets,white blood cells and red blood cells,young red grain fine detection rate and grain department giant young change,giant young red blood detection rate between two groups (P>0.05).There was no significant differences in giant red blood cells of the cell body diameter between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:By observation of bone marrow morphology inspection of bone marrow cells grain of pathological,red is a morbid,lymphoid little giant nuclear detection rate,young primitive cells and huge young change early young red blood cells cell diameter can effectively identify the gigantic young cell anemia with refractory anemia.
