摘要
目的:探讨叙事医学护理模式对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者病耻感、焦虑、抑郁水平的影响。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年11月在福建医科大学附属第二医院就诊的117例SLE患者,采用掷硬币法将其分为对照组(57例)和观察组(60例)。对照组患者接受免疫科常规护理,观察组患者接受叙事医学护理,比较两组患者病耻感、焦虑、抑郁水平和满意度。结果:干预后,观察组社会影响量表(social impact scale,SIS)量表评分、焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析,干预后患者病耻感得分与焦虑、抑郁得分呈正相关(P<0.001)。观察组护理总体满意度为88.33%(53/60),高于对照组的71.93%(41/57),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:叙事医学护理模式可以降低SLE患者的病耻感,改善患者的心理状态,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of narrative medical nursing model on the stigma,anxiety,and depression levels of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Method:A total of 117 SLE patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from June 2018 to November 2020 were selected,they were divided into control group (57 cases) and observation group (60 cases) according to coin toss method.Patients in the control group received immunology department routine care,patients in the observation group received narrative medical nursing model.The stigma,anxiety,depression level and satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:After intervention,social impact scale score,anxiety and depression score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the score of stigma were positively correlated with the score of anxiety and depression after intervention (P<0.001).The overall satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 88.33% (53/60),which was higher than 71.93% (41/57) in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The narrative medical nursing model can reduce the stigma of SLE patients,improve the patients’ psychological state,and increase nursing satisfaction;which is worthy of popularization and application.
