早期康复护理干预对冠心病并心律失常患者心功能及生活质量的影响

Early Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Cardiac Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Arrhythmia

目的:分析早期康复护理干预对冠心病并心律失常患者心功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选择2019年12月-2020年12月中山火炬开发区医院收治的76例冠心病并心律失常患者,按随机数表法分为两组,对照组38例给予常规护理,研究组38例实施早期康复护理干预。对比两组护理前后的心功能及生活质量。结果:研究组干预后6 min步行距离(364.41±51.24)m,比对照组的(222.46±50.29)m长,差异有统计学意义(t=12.188,P<0.05);研究组随访结束后心率(70.31±3.09)次/min,慢于对照组,左室射血分数(47.67±3.00)%,高于对照组,每搏输出量大于对照组,心排血量大于对照组(t=10.089、3.484、3.697、5.394,P<0.05);研究组自制生活质量评估表评分,活动能力(87.29±2.55)分,健康水平(88.17±3.20)分,自理能力(86.74±3.26)分,心理状态评分(89.55±3.27)分,均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=16.022、10.842、14.052、17.988,P<0.05)。结论:冠心病并心律失常患者行早期康复护理干预,可提高患者心功能和运动耐力,能改善其生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the influence of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on cardiac function and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia.Method:From December 2019 to December 2020,76 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia admitted to Torch Development District Hospital of Zhongshan were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,38 patients in the control group were given routine care,and 38 patients in the study group were treated with early rehabilitation nursing intervention.The cardiac function and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:The 6 min walking distance (364.41±51.24) m in the study group after intervention was longer than (222.46±50.29) m in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (t=12.188,P<0.05).After intervention,the heart rate of the study group was (70.31±3.09) beats/min,which was slower than that of the control group,the left ventricular ejection fraction was (47.67±3.00)%,which was higher than that of the control group,CO,SV were larger than those of the control group (t=10.089,3.484,3.697,5.394,P<0.05).The self-made life quality evaluation scale in the study group scored:activities ability (87.29±2.55) points,health level (88.17±3.20) points,self-care ability (86.74±3.26) points,and mental state (89.55±3.27) points were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t=16.022,10.842,14.052,17.988,P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia can improve the patient’s cardiac function and exercise endurance,and improve their quality of life.
